Outdoor service life runs roughly 3 to 10 years depending on UV intensity where you grow. The fabric is stabilised against sunlight and ageing.

How a DDP Order Works
From your first message to the bag standing in your nursery, there are four steps and one price.
Tell Us What You Grow
Bag size, quantity and delivery country are enough to start. A photo of your plants helps us recommend the right volume and fabric weight.
We Quote One All-In Number
Bags, freight, clearance and duty in a single figure, so you can compare it directly with what you pay locally for the same size.
Confirm and Pay by T/T
Production starts after payment. Standard sizes usually leave the factory within 15 to 30 days, custom sizes need sampling first.
Delivered to Your Address
We hand the documents to the forwarder and follow the shipment until it is signed for at your door.
What the Fabric Does for Your Roots
The bag is not a plastic pot with a different shape. The woven wall changes how the root system grows, and that difference shows up at transplanting time.
- Air pruning. Root tips that reach the woven wall meet air, stop extending and branch into fibrous feeder roots instead of circling the pot.
- Breathable and free-draining. Excess water leaves through the fabric, so roots are not left sitting in saturated media after heavy rain.
- High-strength weave. The fabric keeps its shape when the bag is lifted, moved or handled by machinery.
- Test data on request. UV and ageing, GSM, tensile and seam strength reports can be provided for your market.

Xiangtan Haokang Ecological Material Co., Ltd. has been weaving PP grow bags since 2010. The bags you order are produced on our own lines, which is why a single bag is possible at all.

Can I really order just one bag?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity on standard sizes, you simply cover the freight. For most destinations we can quote DDP, so the freight and the duty sit inside one price and nothing is collected on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard sizes usually leave the factory within 15 to 30 days after payment. Custom sizes need 3 to 7 days for sampling before production begins. Peak season fills up early, so book before your planting window.
Which Incoterms can you work with?
FOB, CIF and EXW are our standard terms. For growers who want the bags delivered to the door with duty already paid, we also arrange DDP shipments.
How long do the bags last outdoors?
Outdoor service life is roughly 3 to 10 years depending on UV intensity at your latitude. Before reuse, check the sidewalls, base, seams and handles, then clean, dry and store the bag out of direct sun.
Can you make my own size and print my logo?
Yes. Size, colour, GSM, printed logo, handle style and packaging are all customizable. Sampling takes about 3 to 7 days, production typically 15 to 30 days after sample approval.
What payment terms do you use?
T/T is our standard method for international orders. Payment details are confirmed in the proforma invoice before production starts.
Do you supply certificates?
Our woven construction is covered by a utility patent. We can provide UV and ageing test data, GSM, tensile and seam strength reports, and we welcome third-party inspection or a factory visit before you commit to a larger order.
